Day 6 Kickboxing, ARS and Kata. I had a blast after this workout. It was on my own but on a bag. Wore my “Average Sucks” shirt as a mantra to raise my average every time I work. Then hit a 42 degree cold plunge to follow. Great workout. On my own, but an awesome sweat! #decemberdomination ...#beastmode #engagelifestyle #averagesucks
